Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on Flodon's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Flodon provides AI automation consulting, system implementation, and custom software solutions. The scope of services is defined in individual client agreements. Any discovery calls booked via this website do not constitute a binding contract for services.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Flodon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Flodon's website or services.
5. Intellectual Property
The AI systems, custom code, and proprietary workflows developed by Flodon remain the intellectual property of Flodon unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
